IS THERE A MINIMUM/MAXIMUM STAY?
Our minimum stay requirement is 4 nights.
DO YOU ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS?
We accept all major credit cards, including China UnionPay.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
4 Cancellation and amendments
4.1 The Urban Retreat Apartments may need to amend or reallocate bookings at any time due to unforeseen or exceptional circumstances beyond our control, such as but not exclusively, broken water pipes, electricity outages or fire.
4.2 During the months of June, July, August and December a 6-week cancellation notice will apply – if guests cancel fail to give 6 weeks or greater notice, we will charge 100% of the rent. For stays outside this period a 4-week cancelation period will apply.
For stays of four weeks or greater, these bookings will be non-cancellable.
4.3 Above also applies to a Guest wishing to cease a tenure mid-term.
4.4 The cancellation policy is liable to change. Any variations to the cancellation policy will be communicated to you via email.
ARE THE ROOMS NON-SMOKING?
We do request that guests refrain from smoking in the Apartments and communal parts for the comfort of our other residents. Our penthouse Apartment however, features a roof terrace on which residents are more than welcome to smoke if they wish.
WHAT ABOUT PARKING AND TRANSPORTATION?
There are several car parks nearby – the Audley Square car park, the Park Lane car park, and the Portman Square car park. North Audley Street also boasts excellent local transport links for getting around town. The Jubilee and Central lines are easily accessed at Bond Street, and there are abundant bus routes from Park Lane, Marble Arch and Oxford Street. There is a Santander Cycle station on the corner of North Audley Street and Green Street, and there is a steady stream of black cab's outside the front door.
DO YOU HAVE DISABLED ACCESS?
Regretfully due to the layout and this being a historic Victorian building, we are not able to provide disabled access for these apartments.
CAN WE ORDER FOOD TO THE APARTMENT?
We highly recommend that you visit our sister restaurant The Mayfair Chippy downstairs if you don't feel like cooking.
I WANT SOMEBODY TO CATER FOR A DINNER IN MY APARTMENT. IS THIS POSSIBLE?
Yes, we have chefs that we can recommend for this service.
IS THERE A MAID SERVICE?
Bookings over 7 days in length will receive a service every 7 days inclusive of a towel and linen change.
CAN YOU TAKE CARE OF AIRPORT TRANSFERS?
We have a list of reputable professional companies that we can recommend. We ask that guest liaise directly with the transfer company to avoid any complications with pick up and drop off that often occur when travelling.
HOW MANY TV CHANNELS ARE THERE AND CAN I WATCH MOVIES?
We provide you with the Sky World package which gives you all the movie channels as well as the Sky Sports channels along with scores more entertainment, news, music and documentary channels.
DO YOU OFFER A CHAUFFEUR SERVICE?
We will be happy to recommend some service providers or make these arrangements to meet your personal transportation needs while you are here.
WHERE WILL POST/DELIVERIES GO TO?
All post and deliveries will be received and logged at the reception at 13a North Audley Street.
ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED?
We welcome guests of all ages but our apartments are not child proofed.
CAN I BRING MY DOG?
We love dogs, but unfortunately the apartments are not suitable for them.
